My mission is to support my clients enduring their 180 Movement and to help those who are ready to master their transformation.
Change and transformation are difficult, but it can also be exciting. All of us must inevitably embrace major changes in ALL aspects of our lives as we evolve into a new and exciting time. But no one should ever have to go through it alone.
As your 180 Movement Counselor, my credentials include a Florida LCSW (pending summer 2025), a master's degree from the top social work graduate program, University of Michigan, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Rehabilitation from Springfield College, instilling a humanics philosophy in which all efforts towards humanity must appreciate all differences, treating each individual as whole (Spirit, Mind & Body-Holistic Approach), and to create a way for individuals to live a mentally, physically, & spiritually active lifestyle. My life's work, training, education, working with children and adults, dynamic life experiences, as an empath/intuitive healer, meditation, manifestation and fasting coach, past life regressionist & hypnosis, visualization & mental rehearsal coach, and quantum healing hypnosis technique (QHHT), I wish to impart my gifts upon you.

Based on the assessment of needs, I offer traditional, spiritual, and metaphysical coaching & counseling services (both individual, couples, and group work), to help you move past the obstacles in your life. I will help you identify your personal values, strengths, and abilities in support of your personal, professional, athletic, and life goals. I provide imagery, hypnosis, visualization, and past life regressions, and other tools and processes to help you let go of what holds you back, and enhance what is needed to move forward. There is a higher frequency form of love that is emerging. So many relationships are shifting because it is based on an older 3D view about love. With my relationship coaching sessions, you will learn acceptance and how to exert your power of choice towards the love that you have always been destined. No longer does the "hero" & "damsel in distress", codependent relations will be satisfying any longer. Love is not "duty", nor is it slavery. Let's explore what it means to be unconditional love and acceptance, through deep understanding and compassion towards those around you. A love not based on need, but from the happiness and satisfaction you have already achieved and want to share with a companion.
